Lisa joined The O’Connell Companies in 2013 as the HR Director. In her role, she supports the parent company along with its subsidiary companies in all aspects of HR. She is responsible for overseeing recruiting, benefits, employee relations, employment policies, and compliance. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She earned her HR Certification from St Joseph’s College. Attended Holyoke Community College and Southern New Hampshire University. She is PHR and SPHR-CP certified. |
