Joe serves as a Director of the O’Connell Development Group and is also the Chief Financial Officer of the O’Connell Companies. He is responsible for the strategic financial oversight of the organizations. Joe is a senior professional with over 20 years of experience working with high growth companies in both public and private accounting and finance roles. He has a wide range of industry experience including emerging and mature high- technology, professional services, third party logistics, manufacturing, and financial services. He has experience working for businesses that are privately held, venture and private equity backed, and family owned. Joe has experience with complex business transactions including successful acquisitions, business restructures resulting from mergers, and generational reorganization. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University. |
