Eric Samuels serves as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for the firm. He is responsible for managing existing assets within the organization’s real estate portfolio and overseeing projects currently in development. Prior to O’Connell Development Group. Eric held various real estate asset management positions with Macerich, Leidos and RIDC, a regional economic developer based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Eric holds a B.A. in Business & Management from Dickinson College. |
