Dan joined O’Connell Development Group in 2024 as a Business & Real Estate Development Associate. Dan is responsible for overseeing projects currently in development, including assistance with the design team assembly, design, and document review, monitoring the schedule and budget of ongoing projects, ensuring quality of work during the construction process and management of the turnover of completed projects to property management. He is also responsible for project specific and general insurance policy management. Prior to joining ODG, Dan worked in the insurance industry. Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and his MBA from Endicott College in Beverly, MA. |
