Isabel serves as an Accountant for O’Connell Development Group. She is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, audits, and other reporting requirements. Isabel has been employed by O’Connell Development Group since 2002. In her role as an accountant, she has worked with Appleton on various property management projects, and she continues to offer financial support to both the regional and site management staff. Isabel has extensive experience with the housing and commercial leasing side of the business. She also has experience with refinancing, sale, and reorganization transactions that have arisen throughout her time with the company. Isabel obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Management from the Elms College.
