Our Team

Isabel serves as an Accountant for O’Connell Development Group. She is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, audits, and other reporting requirements. She also reviews daily accounting functions including invoice approvals, receivables, bank reconciliations, rent reconciliations, and other financial items.  

Isabel has worked for O’Connell Development Group for over 22 years. In her role as an accountant, she has worked with Appleton on various property management projects, and she continues to offer financial support to both the regional and site management staff. She works with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization and communicates clearly to resolve issues as they arise. Isabel also has extensive experience with the commercial leasing side of the business, reviewing leases and providing fiscal year end billings. She has experience with refinancing, sale, and reorganization transactions that have arisen throughout her time with the organization. Isabel also has experience in the fields of fund and cost accounting. 

Isabel obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Management from the Elms College.
