Sarah serves as President of O'Connell Development Group, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of ODG and its subsidiaries. Sarah is directly involved in sourcing new acquisition and development opportunities as well as overseeing projects currently in development. Sarah is experienced in facilitating zoning changes, working closely with municipalities on the entitlement process, as well as the oversight and management of design and construction. Prior to O’Connell Development Group, Sarah worked for Daniel O’Connell’s Sons as a Project Manager. In that position she was responsible for procurement, schedule development and maintenance, financial management and projections, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her Masters of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
