Mr. Sullivan was elected president of O’Connell Development Group (ODG) effective January 1, 2017. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for oversight of the successful management and strategic direction of ODG and its subsidiaries. These responsibilities include real estate development, commercial property acquisitions/divestitures, property/asset management services, energy management services and New England Fertilizer Company (NEFCO).
Mr. Sullivan also to serves as President of the O’Connell Companies, Inc. Mr. Sullivan’s 38 years of industry experience provides an extensive background in financial, legal, and contractual matters. Mr. Sullivan continues to be the Managing General Partner of NEFCO.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Holyoke, serving on its Executive and Finance committees. Mr. Sullivan is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts where he chaired its Risk Management and Bonding subcommittee. He served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee and Fund Development Committee of Sisters of Providence Health System. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Finance from Western New England College.
Mr. Klucznik serves as in-house counsel for the firm, handling general corporate legal affairs and contract matters, including those concerning the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and project financing. Mr. Klucznik also performs sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma feasibility analysis of development projects.
Mr. Klucznik is a past member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in East Granby, Connecticut, an elected position he held from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Klucznik is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association. He received a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England College, both of Springfield, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut.
Joanne M. Beauregard, Treasurer
Ms. Beauregard serves as the Treasurer of the Firm. She is involved with financing, taxation and asset management of all company real estate. She is also involved with the financial management of New England Fertilizer Company.
Ms. Beauregard also serves as Financial Vice President and Treasurer of The O’Connell Companies, Inc. Ms. Beauregard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Western New England College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hartford. Ms. Beauregard is the Treasurer and Trustee of Providence Ministries Network Services, serving on its Executive and Finance Committees. She is also a former Trustee, Chair and Finance Chair of the Sisters of Providence Health System.
Jennifer Law, Real Estate Controller
Jennifer Law serves as Real Estate Controller for O’Connell Development (ODG) bringing over 20 years of real estate accounting experience. Ms. Law oversees the financial activities of the organization and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining ODG, Ms. Law held a position overseeing the accounting for multiple multi-family real estate functions including development, management, asset management and construction of low income housing tax credit and market rate properties. Ms. Law received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from Assumption University in Worcester, MA.
Sarah Stine, Development Manager
Ms. Stine serves as Development Manager for the firm. She is responsible for overseeing projects currently in development. Prior to O’Connell Development Group, Ms. Stine worked for Daniel O’Connell’s Sons as a Project Manager. In that position she was responsible for procurement, schedule development and maintenance, financial management and projections, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. Ms. Stine also has experience with Daniel O’Connell’s Sons in estimating and pre-construction coordination.
Ms. Stine serves as an elected member of the Planning Board for the town of Southampton, MA. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her Masters of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
