O’Connell Development Group (ODG) was founded by builders and engineers in the early 1980’s to develop real estate and business opportunities for both The O’Connell Companies and outside clients. Today ODG is a property owner, landlord, developer, and development consultant doing work across New England. We are based in Western Massachusetts where we have a long history of significant contributions to the built environment that makes up our cities and neighborhoods.
